By booking an appointment, you are reserving time, products, and professional services that cannot be recovered once scheduled.

However, under certain circumstances, alternative arrangements may be considered at the sole discretion of the esthetician. These arrangements may include rescheduling or a service credit and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

Failure to attend an appointment without proper communication will result in a forfeiture of all payments made.

You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time on your own via the confirmation email your received at booking OR by contacting the esthetician. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will lead a forfeit of payment.

Facials aren't mandatory but a great at-home skincare routine is. Additionally, they are great stress relievers. Moreover, receiving a facial can educate you on how to maintain great skincare while improving the healthiness of your skin.

A facial extraction is a skincare procedure where a professional, typically an esthetician, manually removes impurities such as blackheads, whiteheads, and clogged pores from the skin. It is usually part of a facial treatment and is done after the skin has been cleansed and steamed to soften the pores.
