For more than 20 years, I've built a successful career in Corporate America, developing expertise in leadership, business strategy, relationship management, and professionalism. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Master of Business Administration in Public Administration. I have won countless awards for my work in corporate management, employee engagement – especially in the area of Employee Resource Groups, diversity and inclusion – mentorship, and in business analytics.

At the same time, I've spent 18+ years as a licensed esthetician, empowering clients to look and feel their best through personalized skincare, education, and self-care. For me, esthetics has always been about more than beauty—it's about helping people build confidence, prioritize their well-being, and invest in themselves. Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving clients from all walks of life, creating lasting relationships built on trust, consistency, and genuine care.

Owning my own esthetics business has also strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset, teaching me the value of resilience, exceptional customer service, and creating meaningful experiences that keep people coming back. Those lessons have carried into every aspect of my career, including content creation.
